The rental rate is €1.390 per month (ALL-IN price) of which the initial stay is paid by the visitor(s) in cash or bank transfer, before the day of arrival. The lease of the following months (if applicable) are paid every first day of the month.

Conditions

- Guarantee deposit for damage is 1 month rent, to be paid upon arrival

Cancellations
- 30 days before arrival: no cost
- 30 till 14 days before arrival: 50% cost
- 14 days before arrival: 100% cost
Guarantee for damage
The Lessee(s) commit(s) to pay, upon arrival, a security deposit in cash or via bank transfer, before or on the day of arrival, for damages in the amount of 1 month rent which is returned upon check-out if no damage has occurred in accordance with the General Regulations and after validation of the Inventory.
